Amy

Practice Administrator

Amy joined the dental field and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2009. As the practice administrator, Amy is responsible for overseeing the financials, insurance and assisting patients. She loves meeting new patients and encouraging them throughout their entire orthodontic experience.

Amy is from Concord, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is married with two children, Emma, Hunter and her daughter-in-law, Casey. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also has two black Labradors, Piper and Finley. Amy also enjoys reading and traveling the world.

Hillary

Financial Coordinator

Hillary joined the dental field in 2011, and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2012. As the financial coordinator, she assists patients with their contracts, insurance and any financial concerns or questions.

Hillary is a native of Black Mountain and graduated from Owen High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Corey and they have 2 sons, Sutton and Cooper. She also has 2 dogs, Scout and Beau and 1 cat, Fern. Hillary thoroughly enjoys family lake days, going to concerts, playing volleyball and thrifting.

Meredith

Treatment Coordinator/Patient Care Coordinator

Meredith joined the dental field and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2021. As a treatment coordinator, she serves patients by welcoming each new family and guiding them through the initial treatment steps. She helps patients overcome obstacles preventing or delaying the start of treatment that ends with a confident and healthy smile!

Meredith is a native of Asheville, North Carolina. She and her husband, Alec, have 3 children, Ava, Brooks and Carson. Fun fact: She has an identical twin! She is always on the go and enjoys spontaneous trips to new places. She enjoys hiking, reading and quality time with her family! She also has a passion for the beauty industry and she provides makeovers for brides in her free time.

Bri

Treatment Coordinator

Bri joined the dental field in 2015, and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2018. As a treatment coordinator, she serves patients by welcoming each new family and guiding them through the initial treatment steps. She helps patients overcome obstacles preventing or delaying the start of treatment that ends with a confident and healthy smile!

A proud Madison County native, Bri graduated from Madison High School in 2013, and continued her education at Mayland Community College. Bri is married to Austin and they have 3 energetic boys, including twins. Their home is filled with a fun mix of pets: A German shepherd, Ruger, an Aussiedoddle, Nelli, a cavapoo, Kimber and a cat, Addie. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, sipping iced coffee and spending time with her friends and family.

Emilee

Patient Care Coordinator

Emilee joined the dental field in 2025, and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2025. As a patient care coordinator, Emilee is one of the voices on the phone helping with all of your orthodontic needs. She also serves patients by welcoming each family as they enter the office and by scheduling appointments.

Emilee is from Pelzer, South Carolina, and she relocated to North Carolina in 2022. She has 2 daughters, Charlee and Dallas, with her husband, Joseph. In her free time, she spends her summers at the racetrack, drag racing, enjoying the lake and practicing the art of Jiu Jitsu.

Nicole

Patient Care Coordinator

Nicole joined the dental field and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2025. As a patient care coordinator, Nicole is one of the voices on the phone helping with all of your
needs. She also serves patients by welcoming each family as they enter the office and by scheduling appointments.

Nicole was born in Livingston, New Jersey, and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. Nicole studied and received her BS in psychology and sociology from Jacksonville University.
She relocated to Asheville, in May of 2024, with her rescue dog, Lucy!

When she is not working, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking with her dog Lucy, re-working vintage clothes and furniture and reading.

Ricki

Patient Care Coordinator

Ricki joined the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2025. As a patient care coordinator, Ricki is one of the voices on the phone helping with all of your orthodontic needs. She also serves patients by welcoming each family as they enter the office and by scheduling appointments.

Ricki is a North Carolina native, born and raised here. She graduated from AB Tech and South College, Asheville. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, antiquing, finding vintage treasures, exploring and being creative. Spending time with friends and family is also at the top of her list!

Taylor B.

Clincial Director/Orthodontic Assistant

Taylor joined the dental field and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2013. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients during their orthodontic journey.

Taylor is a Burnsville, North Carolina native, who married her high school sweetheart, Johnathon. They have a son, Grayson, and a labradoodle, Sherman. Taylor loves spending time with her family and friends. She also loves running, playing volleyball and softball.

Brook

Clinical Director/Orthodontic Assistant

Brook joined the dental field and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2021. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients through their orthodontic journey from beginning to end.

Brook grew up in Woodfin, North Carolina, and she graduated from Madison High School and AB Tech. She recently married her love, Jonathan and together they have 2 dogs, Scout and Saint! Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, including the lake and hanging out with friends and family.

Haylee

Orthodontic Assistant

Haylee joined the dental field in 2021, and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2022. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients throughout their entire orthodontic journey.

Haylee is from Marshall, North Carolina, where she attended and graduated from Madison High School. She resides in Waynesville. Haylee has one son, Benton Conner and a cat named Ollie! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading of course!

Victoria

Orthodontic Assistant

Victoria joined the dental field in 2019, and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2022. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients throughout their entire orthodontic journey.

Victoria is from Leicester, North Carolina. She attended and graduated from Erwin High School. She recently got engaged to her love, Cody! She loves spending time with her two nieces, Elizabeth and Annabella. She also has two cats, Mako and Loki. Victoria enjoys spending her free time reading, hiking or relaxing at home!

Kennedy

Orthodontic Assistant

Kennedy joined the orthodontic field and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2024. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients throughout their entire orthodontic journey.

Kennedy is a North Carolina native who grew up in Weaverville and graduated from North Buncombe High School. She is engaged to her high school sweetheart. In her free time, she loves to shop and spend time with family and friends!

Orthodontic Assistant

Hailey joined the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2026. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients throughout their entire orthodontic journey.

Hailey is originally from Black Mountain and she attended and graduated from Owen High School. In her free time, she loves taking care of her plants, being out in nature and cooking!

Sara

Orthodontic Assistant

Sara joined the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2025. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients throughout their entire orthodontic journey.

Sara is originally from northern California. From California, she relocated to Colorado, where she became interested in the dental field. She has a son named Calvin. In her free time, she loves going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Mekenzie

Lab Technician

Mekenzie joined the dental field in 2017, and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2020. She is responsible for printing 3D models and fabricating aligners and retainers.

Mekenzie was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. She graduated from Enka High School. In her free time, you can find her with her husband and 5 dogs! Mekenzie loves the lake, thrifting and living in the mountains. She also loves desserts!

Kaitlyn

Sterilization Technician

Kaitlyn joined the dental field in 2025, and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2025. As a sterilization technician, she is responsible for ensuring instruments are clean, disinfected and sterile to prevent infection and ensure patient and team safety by adhering to infection control protocols.

Kaitlyn is from Asheville and she graduated from Veritas Christian Academy. She lives in Arden and she has a dog named Caroline and two cats, Hammie and Whiskey. During her freetime, she enjoys cheering on the Buffalo Bills! GO BILLS!

Kasey

Orthodontic Assistant

Kasey joined the dental field in 2024, and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2026. As an orthodontic assistant, she assists patients throughout their entire orthodontic journey.

Kasey grew up in Lilburn, Georgia. She relocated to North Carolina and she attended both University of North Carolina at Asheville and Appalachian State University.

In her free time, she loves to crochet and sew. She also has two cats, Tadpole and Gus, that were both born during the hurricane!

Hayle

Patient Care Coordinator

Hayle joined the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2026. As a patient care coordinator, Hayle is one of the voices on the phone helping with all of your orthodontic needs. She also serves patients by welcoming each family as they enter the office and by scheduling appointments.

Hayle is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Fairview. She and her love have three beautiful girls, Valerie, Anna and Addyson. In her free time, she loves being on the water, lake or beach! It is her happy place. She also loves to read.

As the youth cheer commissioner for the Reynolds youth, she also spends her free time empowering our community’s youth. Any amount of time spent with her love, girls and golden doodle, Dolly, is where she wants to be most!

Charish

Patient Care Coordinator

Charish joined the dental field and TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists in 2023. As a patient care coordinator and financial coordinator, Charish is one of the voices on the phone helping with all of your needs, such as contracts, insurance and financial questions. She also serves patients by welcoming each family as they enter the office and by scheduling appointments.

Charish grew up in Chesnee, South Carolina, and she attended Mountain View Christian Academy, where she graduated in 2016. She and her husband, Jason share 2 sons, Legend and Maverick. They also have 2 dogs, a German shepherd, Heidi and a yellow Labrador, Partner, along with horses. Charish has competed in rodeos and barrel racing for over 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys photography, riding horses and vacations with her family.

Hannah

Patient Care Coordinator

Hannah joined the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2026. As a patient care coordinator, Nicole is one of the voices on the phone helping with all of your orthodontic needs. She also serves patients by welcoming each family as they enter the office and by scheduling appointments.

Hannah is from Black Mountain. She and her husband, Troy have a dog named Sunday and they will be adding to their family with their first baby. In her free time, Hannah can be found thrifting, leading children’s church, working in her garden and traveling with her family.

Taylor is a native of Marion, North Carolina, where she graduated from McDowell High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Avery. Together they have a goldendoodle, Jaxon. In her free time, Taylor is active in church and enjoys planning the next road trip.

Taylor was born and raised in Marion. She graduated from McDowell High School in 2012, and continued her education at AB Tech, where she graduated from the dental assisting program. Taylor has a miniature schnauzer, Leo. In her free time, Taylor enjoys sporting events and traveling with family and friends. She loves seeing and experiencing new things.

Orthodontic Assistant

Emma grew up in Rutherford County with her twin sister and family! When she is not working, she really enjoys spending time at her church and participating in church activities with the youth and young adult groups!

Orthodontic Assistant

Ashtyn is from Sarasota, Florida, and she recently relocated to Rutherfordton with her family. She loves going to country concerts and she loves the PBR (Professional Bull Riders)!

Kennedy grew up in McDowell County and attended McDowell High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Josh and together they have two sons, Ridge and Slater. In her free time, Kennedy enjoys spending time with friends and being at the lake, shopping and being at church.

Sierra is a native of Marion, North Carolina, where she attended and graduated from McDowell High School. She and her husband, Andrew, have two kids, Everlee and Walker. They also have 7 hunting dogs as part of their family. In her free time, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and church family. She also enjoys camping, singing at church and going to the beach.

Patient Care Coordinator

Samantha grew up in Marion and she attended McDowell High School. She and her husband, Tanner, have a son, Casey, and a daughter, Camryn. They also have 2 yorkie dogs, Shorty and Tank. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and doing crafts and baking.

Kayla

Surgical/Clinical Director/Oral Surgery Assistant

Kayla joined the dental field and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2020. As an oral surgery assistant, she assists patients through their oral surgery procedures.

Kayla is a native of Rutherfordton, North Carolina. She graduated from Isothermal Community College in 2014, and she previously worked as a licensed practical nurse in long-term care for 12 years. She and her husband, Eric, have three children, Saydie, Hank and Vayda. They also have a dog, Ruger. Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

Brooke

Oral Surgery Assistant

Brooke joined the dental field and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2025. As an oral surgery assistant, she assists patients through their oral surgery procedures.

Brooke is a native of Rutherford County. She and her husband, Cody, and two wonderful children, Avie Jo and Wade. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, thrifting, crafting and hunting with her husband.

Ryleigh

Oral Surgery Assistant

Ryleigh joined the dental field and the TS Orthodontics and Dental Specialists team in 2025. As an oral surgery assistant, she assists patients through their oral surgery procedures.

Ryleigh is from Old Fort and she attended and graduated from Owen High School. She recently married her love, Wade, and they have a German shorthaired pointer, Tikka. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and church friends, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.
