Meet Dr. Hannah Rothback In Asheville
Dr. Rothback was born and raised in Maryland. She attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland for undergraduate and the University of Maryland School of Dentistry dental school, she completed her residency in orthodontics at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center, in Washington, DC.
During her time at MedStar Hospital Dr. Rothback was able to gain experience with orthognathic surgical patients, including pre-surgical and post-operative finishing. She was exposed to craniofacial patients requiring complex, interdisciplinary treatment planning and exposed to TMD and airway training.
In addition to her training, Dr. Rothback has received many academic awards, including the George B. Clendenin Memorial Award for exhibiting the highest scholastic achievement in her class. Other notable awards include: First place in an intermediate women’s rock-climbing competition, black belt of Tae Kwon Do at Master Shim’s Black Belt Academy and first chair chamber violinist.
In her free time, Dr. Rothback enjoys rock-climbing, painting, playing the violin, taking care of 50+ house plants and checking out new restaurants.
